Well if Jupiter was the inspiration for Winglee’s proposal, Saturn is the inspiration for ours. The top photo is a view of the rings of Jupiter, taken by Voyager when it was directly behind the planet. The bottom two photos are of Saturn’s rings, also taken by Voyager.
