The solution using the "arcsecond" formula is really unnecessarily
complicated. The thing to remember is that diameter/distance = angle in radians,
(when the angle is small enough, say less than 5 deg).
Then to convert radians to degrees, multiply by (360/2 pi) deg/rad.
If you want a more accurate number, then use your calculator to find
the inverse tangent of diameter/distance.
